First canvas finally done! Finished painting on the 2nd, finished varnishing on the 5th, delivered on the 7th, was hung on the 14th. Commissioner loved it.

There are four movie references hidden in it. Between those and the bright colors and cute characters, the kiddos should be charmed.

Still unable to get back to my studio, so here’s another of my favorite pieces. :)

This was a detailed miniature coral reef inside of a real abalone shell. It had regal tangs, yellow tangs, an eel, a blue spotted ray, clownfish, anemones, and an octopus. I really want to go back and redo this with one of my new octopus and maybe a sea turtle this time around.
